Today again markets deep in red ex except Washington Prime that had much better results than expected. They also decided to keep their dividend but reduce it by 50% from $1 to $0,50. Still at the price of the share it’s a 20% yield, which is really good.
I decided to buy 500 shares and double my hold. could have gone higher, but I want to see how the market fares and keep bullets.
