Notes:
Evareium is a real-estate fund created by a company located in Dubai with a lot of experience in the field of real-estate. Evareium creates a funds that manages big projects and the Middle-East. It’s a nice project that seems serious, well-prepared and is run by professionals. While I’m interested, I feel it’s a bit too classic and costly. There is a 3% yearly fee and management takes 20% commission. Moreover the fund is managed old school; which is quite different than what Caviar proposes.
I almost invested, but at the end, I prefer keeping my money for other projects. I will however follow and possibly invest in the exchange.
