Invested in this interesting ICO that mixes US real-estate debt fund with crypto fund. I can expect from 2018 Q2 a quarterly dividend and will also be able to stake my tokens for extra earnings.
I received per LTC a value of $282, where I paid for each $265. It’s interesting because for LTC bitstamp has lower prices. In addition I got 8057 tokens extra (+15%).
Note 23-04-19: Had 61772.26, but Caviar decided to close and reimburse what’s left. Got 3,083ETH for this. Well, still better than an exit scam…
