Caviar is an interesting project. The company Caviar Capital exists for over 5 years and is specialized in real-estate debt. With other words, they provide short-term loans for real-estate projects. As we’re talking about bridge loans the return is quite high, up to 16% per year. Now with this token they decided to go a step further opening it to smaller investors, and more surprisingly non-US investors. The team is experienced both in rel-estate, trading and blockchain tech. The model combines real-estate investments with crypto investments, thus having a diversification. The price is low with a 15% discount and what interesting is that 75% of the earnings is redistributed as dividends by quarter. Moreover, it is possible to stake your CAV in projects and earn even more.
Their roadmap is good, we can expect to see the first results in 2018 Q2.
I think it’s worth investing and with Evareium I’ll have two stakes in real-estate in different parts of the world and in differents types of projects.
